  1. Earbuds don’t turn on
  • Power on the earbuds (see“Powering on/off”section of the User Guide).
  • Charge the battery.
  1. Charging cannot be done
  • Take out both units and plug them back to portable charging case so as to activate your earbuds. If your HEX earbuds are failing to be charged, please charge the portable charging case via micro USB cable
  1. The remaining battery level of the HEX is not displayed on the screen of an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  • The remaining battery level is shown only on the screen of an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5.0 or a later version that supports HFP (Hands-free Profile).
  • Make sure that the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is connected to the headphones. Otherwise, the remaining battery level will not be displayed correctly.
  1. HEX cannot stereo pair with Bluetooth® device
  • Turn off the both units of HEX.
  • Make sure your device’s Bluetooth® feature is turning on.
  • Delete your “PURDIO HEX_R” and “PURDIO HEX_L” from the Bluetooth® list on your device.
  • Then turn on the HEX right unit to pairing mode.
  • Connect the either one unit of HEX to your Bluetooth® device.
  • Then power on the left unit of HEX and wait. The two units will automatically pair themselves. Generally you will hear “TWS connected” after few second.
  1. Tips falling off
  • Find a best fit ear tips and securely attach the tips to the earbuds
  1. No sound
  • Power on the HEX and make sure the battery level is sufficient.
  • Increase the volume on your Bluetooth® device.
  • Press the Power/Bluetooth® button to hear the beeping of the connected device. Make sure you are using the correct device.
  • Move your Bluetooth® device closer to the HEX and away from any interferences or obstructions.
  • Use a different music source.
  • Pair a different Bluetooth® device (see “Pairing your Bluetooth® device” section).
  • If two Bluetooth® devices are connected, pause the playing device first and then play the other device.
  • If two Bluetooth® devices are connected, move the devices within (30 ft. or 10 m) range of the headphones.
  1. Low sound Quality
  • Use a different music source.
  • Disconnect the second device.
  • Pair a different Bluetooth® device.
  • Find a best fit ear tips and securely attach the tips to the earbuds
  • Clear any debris or wax buildup from the earbuds and earbuds nozzles.
  • Move the Bluetooth® device closer to the earbuds, and away from any interferences or obstructions.
  1. Distorted sound
  • Keep the earbuds away from a microwave oven, Wi-Fi device, etc.
  1. No voice from callers
  • Check that both the HEX and the connected device are turned on.
  • Turn up the volume of the HEX and the connected device.
  • Check that output of the Bluetooth® device is set for the Earbuds.
  • If you are listening to music using the earbuds, end the call and stop the music on your Bluetooth® device, and call back the caller and talk.
